When you register the People IM service, we will ask you to provide no personal information. Only a valid email.
The information we collect will no be combined with information obtained from other service by The Phoenix Fox Project or other companies.
We do not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties.

No obscene material or offensive language is to be displayed via this service
This service is not to be used to abuse and/or offend people deliberately and is not use to promote racism in any way shape or form.
The users of this service are solely responsible for any content that is create, transmited or displayed and that the consequences of thier actions (including any loss or damage which The Phoenix Fox Project may suffer) by doing so. The Phoenix Fox Project (including People IM), has no responsibility for what the users or to any third party create, display or transmit.
Any breach of privacy or these terms will mean the immediate ban of the user or users (including administrators) responsible for that breach. The user or users WILL be banned, without warning.
Should the administration team for The Phoenix Fox Project or People IM decide to cancel, for any reason, an account the user receive at least 1 hours notice the termination of the account occurs.
